AG Health approached us to create a website for healthcare staffing solutions
AG Health connects healthcare organizations and patients with professional nurses and caregivers. The client needed a site to help staff nurses and caregivers for both healthcare organizations and home care, from urgent call-outs to long-term placements. A full jobs section with filters by city, specialty, and role is planned to make it easy for organizations and professionals to connect. The project was interesting because of the sensitive nature of healthcare and the need to convey reliability and professionalism.

We analyzed competitors and user behavior, emphasizing simplicity, clear visuals, and intuitive navigation. The design highlights key services and benefits, making it easy for organizations and patients to understand how AG Health works. The structure, colors, and typography were chosen to convey professionalism while remaining friendly and approachable.

Created realistic visuals quickly using AI
The client didn’t have their own photo library, so we generated high-quality, realistic images using AI. All visuals were tailored to fit the website’s theme, showing nurses and caregivers in professional and relatable scenarios, which made the landing feel credible and visually appealing.

Built a flexible, easy-to-manage, and cost-effective site
We developed the website on Tilda, which offers the perfect balance of flexibility, cost-efficiency, and design freedom. Using Zero Block for custom layouts and standard blocks for easy content management, the platform allows the AG Health team to update content or expand sections without coding skills. Tilda’s built-in hosting, SEO tools, integrations, and scalable job catalog make it a reliable and economical solution compared to more expensive CMS options, while still supporting unique and responsive designs.

Enhanced standard functionality with custom code
Although the site is built on Tilda, we implemented extensive custom development: custom animations, hover states, and interactive elements — all coded manually through HTML/CSS/JS. We also used AI‑assisted coding to speed up implementation and reduce cost, allowing us to create a more sophisticated, polished interface while keeping the project efficient and lightweight.
